Quantity Surveyor

Our client a Top Tier 1 Contractor are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a major construction project in Cardiff, Wales. This is a great opportunity to work in a great city and progress your career on a major project.

Key responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor you will manage the commercial resources of the assigned project to maximise cashflow and margin. You will also support the Project team with commercial and contractual expertise. Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement the groups policies for risk management. Preparation and presentation of monthly cost reports. Value works executed by sub-contractors and certify interim and final payments.
